How many videographers will be at our wedding day?
 

There will always be at least two videographers at your wedding except for the”Classic” package where one videographer will be working with 2 cameras throughout the day.

How many weddings have you filmed?
 

We have been in business for 16 years capturing on average about 20 weddings a year, so that’s about 320 weddings! 

How soon should I be booking the wedding videographer?
 

Some couples book us 2 years out, and some 8 months out, if we are still available. Don’t wait. When you are ready, contact us asap. 

How many hours of coverage will I get?
 

Usually 8-10 hours, but we can always add more, if the day is running longer. We start from getting ready and end with cake cutting capturing everything in between. 

Do you use Lighting?
 

Our cameras are capable of shooting in very low light conditions and we try not to set up any additional lighting. Natural lighting always looks the best and we want nothing but the best for our couples.

How do you ensure it’s high-quality audio? 
 

For the ceremony we use two Lav mic's to capture the audio from the groom and the officiant or priest. Groom’s mic picks up the bride’s vows at very clear quality. It is separately recorded and won’t interfere with any signals coming from the church or DJ’s sound system. 
During the reception we are plugged in directly into the DJ's soundboard to capture speeches and music played during the dance party.

Who are the videographers that will be at my wedding? 
 

Your wedding day will be captured by our talented team of two videographers, personally trained by me. We'll be there every step of the way, discreetly documenting your special moments. Need assistance or have questions? I'm always available virtually to ensure everything runs smoothly. I will be in constant communication with the videographers throughout your wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Will you get in the way a lot? 
 

Not at all. We are flies on the wall and won’t be distracting you from enjoying your day. We will quietly work alongside the photographer and discreetly capture the magic of the day. 

Do we get to meet you before the wedding?
 

Yes, we highly recommend meeting in person or virtually before your wedding. This allows us to get to know you and your vision for the day, ensuring that your wedding video perfectly captures your unique love story. If you're local, we'd love to meet for coffee. Otherwise, a virtual meeting works great. Let's schedule a time to chat!

How long after the wedding do I get my video? 

You'll receive your wedding highlights video within 4-6 weeks of your special day. The full-length film will follow, typically around 2-3 months later. We understand how eager you are to relive your wedding, and we're committed to delivering your videos as quickly as possible without compromising on quality.

What happens if you get sick and can’t make it? 

Your wedding day is too important to be left to chance. We have a reliable backup videographer ready to step in if an unforeseen emergency arises. While this has never occurred, it's a precaution we take to ensure your special day is captured flawlessly. Rest assured, we're committed to being there for you, no matter what.

Do you get along with the photographer?

Absolutely! We're known for our friendly and collaborative nature. We've worked seamlessly with countless photographers, and communication is our top priority. By aligning our goals and timelines, we ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

Do we get all the raw footage?

Yes, you can request the raw footage if desired. However, if you're opting for the full-length wedding film, the final edit will already include all the best and most usable footage. For those purchasing only the highlights package, you might consider getting the raw footage for future editing possibilities.

Have you shot at my wedding ceremony or reception venue before?

It's highly likely we've filmed at your wedding venue before. We've worked at countless locations throughout the area. Even if your venue is new to us, our experience and adaptability allow us to quickly assess the best lighting, backgrounds, and camera angles. You can trust us to capture your special day in a stunning and unique way

Do you use drones?

Yes, we utilize drones to capture stunning aerial footage of your wedding venue and even during your photo session. Our experienced videographer is also a licensed drone pilot, ensuring safe and legal operations. While drones are ideal in most conditions, strong winds or nearby airports may limit their use. However, these restrictions are uncommon.

How will you choose music for our wedding video?

Choosing the perfect music for your wedding video is essential, and we've got you covered. We have access to a vast library of licensed wedding songs, ideal for highlights, trailers, and social media reels. While licensed music is crucial for copyright purposes, you have the freedom to use any of your favorite songs in the fully edited wedding film. This ensures a personalized and memorable experience that you can cherish for generations

How will the final product be delivered?

Your wedding video will be delivered in a high-quality digital format, making it easy to watch, share, and download across all your devices. For a more tangible keepsake, we also offer a personalized USB drive engraved with your names and wedding date. This drive will contain all the final edited videos and the raw footage.

What input do you want from us, and what do you prefer to have final say on?

Your input is invaluable in shaping your wedding video. We'll carefully listen to your vision, preferences, and expectations. While each videographer has their unique style, we'll work closely with you to ensure the final product reflects your desires.
